Token Distribution
In each deal investors can find detailed information about it, including the vesting duration and interval to distribute tokens.
Below you can find detailed information about each category:
Type: BullPerks offers two types of deals: Venture Capital or Initial Dex Offerings.
Currency: While joining a deal requires staking BLP tokens, each tier has a specific ticket size investors can obtain using a specific currency. Currently, BullPerks deals utilize only the BUSD currency.
Min. Raise: This applies when there is a refundable draw. If a minimal amount of tokens weren’t raised, investors are given their BUSD coins back.
Start: The time and date when investors can join the deal
End: The time and date when the deal is finished and investers can no longer join it.
Token Distribution: The time and date when investors will receive the first tokens. In many of the deals, the token percentage they receive in the Token Generation Event can be different from what they will receive during the vesting period.
Vesting % is how many tokens investors will receive within each vesting interval. This percentage will be equally divided within the whole duration of the vesting.
Vesting Start Date: The time and date when investors start receiving a set percentage of the tokens they should receive.
Vesting Duration: The total period upon which users will receive all their tokens.
Vesting Interval: The period between each token distribution.
Let’s go through everything using a live example:
In the BLP Private Contest deal that ended on June 19, 2021, the vesting interval is 30 days and 89% of the tokens will be distributed within 300 days.
What this means is:
- 11% of the tokens were distributed during the Token Generation Event.
- Each 30 days until the vesting is over, investors will receive 8.9% of the tokens.
As the vesting began on June 18, 2021 at 3:00 AM, the next distribution dates are as follows:
